These chocolate sandwich cookies are one of my favorite varieties. Way better than the well-known store-bought variety!

Animal-themed baby shower
Recently, I helped host a baby shower for a good friend from work. Her nursery is decorated in a super cute jungle theme, so we did a jungle themed invitation as well. To stick with the theme, I made some mini animal cookies and some chocolate sandwich cookies for dessert.

Fantastic job! These are so cute. It's difficult to decorate such a small area but looking at these, one would never know.
