These dove and olive branch cookies were designed based on the logo for Hospice Caring, in Gaithersburg, MD.
I really could not have chosen a better organization for that donation. The people there are wonderful and I'm so happy that we've continued to work together. I have a feeling I'll be dropping off some extra cookies for their volunteers very soon.
The Hospice Caring motto is Holding Hands and Healing Hearts, so the logo cookies were packaged up along with pink heart cookies. Baskets of cookies were distributed to oncology practices in the area as part of the an outreach program that the hospice is running. I'm delighted that I could help promote their services.

ReplyDeleteOh Jaclyn, these are beautiful! I'm so happy you showed your famous pink Chuck Taylor cookies again too. They were a big hit with FFTC readers last year and I think it is wonderful that you remain in touch with the hospice.
